Introduction to Bucket Elevator
A bucket elevator consists of a series of buckets attached to a chain with sprockets located at the top and bottom of the unit. It provides an efficient means to vertically convey products like rice, grain, salt, candy and other free-flowing materials.
Focus have been designing and manufacturing different bucket elevators for more than 12 years. We recommend the right type of bucket elevator based on customer’s material, capacity, space, process requirements, etc.
The advantages of our bucket elevators are as below:
- The buckets are made of food grade reinforced polypropylene, molded in one piece and can handle temperatures from -10 to 60 degrees Fahrenheit.
- The bucket elevators allow for controlled feeds at one or more locations and can easily interface with various types of feeding devices.
- All parts have easy to remove inspection covers and a conveniently located inspection window. The buckets have a quick release mechanism to facilitate fast installation or removal of buckets. All elevators are equipped with an automatic chain tension device and built-in overload protection.
According to the actual material, we have different buckets for choosing, including food grade pp bucket, ABS bucket, 304 stainless steel buckets, and also providing different sizes buckets to match different production capacity.
Z type bucket elevator is the most common type, we also have some customized types, such as C shape bucket elevator, multi-outlets bucket elevator, multi-inlets bucket elevator, etc.
